Description and application:

Butyldiglycol is a highly effective solvent for synthetic resins, oils, and fats. It is used as an additive to improve spreading, leveling and reduce bubbling in hot-drying coatings, for example, in composite formulations based on melamine, phenol, urea, epoxy resin, as well as in coatings based on cellulose nitrate.
