Surface cleaning highly alkaline foamy detergent for milking equipment hygiene
Scope:
Used for manual cleaning of milking equipment and milk tanks, smoking chambers on livestock and dairy farms. Can be used to remove stubborn grease and protein from highly alkaline-resistant surfaces.

Usage:
Technological equipment:
1. Cover equipment that does not tolerate foam handling (electronic parts, etc.).
2. Thoroughly rinse off organic contaminants from the surface to be treated.
3. Apply foam containing 3 – 5% working solution of the preparation to the surface to be treated at a temperature of + 30 ° C .. + 50 ° C. Leave the foam on the surface for 10 .. 20 minutes. Do not allow foam to dry. It is recommended to use a low and medium pressure foam system for foam application. 4. It is necessary to thoroughly wash off the separated dirt and foam with running water at a temperature of + 20 ° C .. + 60 ° C. 5. Make sure that there are no drug residues on surfaces in contact with food. Smoking chambers: The cleaning solution of the preparation is sprayed or applied as a foam to the surface. Exposure time 10 .. 40 minutes. During the washing process, it is necessary to ensure air circulation at a temperature of + 80 ° C .. + 90 ° C. After washing, thorough rinsing with water is required. For automatic washing, we recommend using the manufacturer’s washing program.
